Sauna enjoyment: sweating is healthy
If it pinches and twitches, your body and soul need a break and, with your head full of new impressions, back in the hotel tired but happy, going to the sauna is just right. The heat releases tension and promotes deep relaxation down to the smallest muscle.
You can enjoy the finnish sauna (90 °C), the turkish steam bath (70 °C) and the aromarium (60 °C), every day from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Afterwards you can cool down and relax in the Kneipp pools and in the relax room.

The best way to do something for your own fitness is to step outside your front door: Here you can get straight into our magnificent natural landscape. But because we know that tree trunks are too heavy for weight training, we have a fitness room that is open all day and is well equipped.
Various fitness equipment of the high quality brand Teca is available for you: e.g. dumbbells, barbells, cable pulley, leg press, squatrack, machines, treadmill & bicycle ergometer.
